Louthan Consulting Announces Merger — Management Consulting firm, Louthan Consulting, merges with Agnitio Group to form powerhouse boutique consultancy.

Dallas, Texas (PRFree) May 15, 2007 – Louthan Consulting, a leading cost consulting firm in the Toll Industry, today announced the execution of a merger agreement with Agnitio Group LLC.  Pursuant to the merger, Agnitio will acquire all Louthan Consulting assets including proprietary methodologies and existing Louthan consulting agreements.  Under the terms of the agreement, Louthan will receive an ownership stake in Agnitio Group and a seat on Agnitio’s board of directors.  Completion of the transaction is scheduled to take place within the next 30 days.
